3 Top Tips for buying residential waterfront properties!
Everyone dreams of living on the waterfront! The tranquil views & the luxury of having your boat docked in your backyard, the benefits are endless! The most important things to know when making this important Real Estate decision are as follows
1) Know the depth of the water at the dock, all boats require different depths of water. The bigger the boat, the deeper the water. Be aware of the tide when checking the depth at the dock.
2) Fixed Bridges; If you are a big sport fisherman and your boat has a tower, BE AWARE of fixed bridges! Even if your boat doesn't have a tower, this is still important for re-sale!
3) The distance to the Inlet. How far is it, and how long will it take you to get there.
