I started my Real Estate career in 2000, in Stuart, FL with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as a Broker-Associate. I was Coldwell Banker's "Rookie of the Year" in 2000, and broke several company records within the first 3 years. Written up by Realtor Magazine for my amazing accomplishments, I sold over 100 million in 2004, and am a member of the Coldwell Banker Legend's Society. I was ranked 16th in the nation out of 65,000 agents when I left the organization in 2005 in order to create my own vision of real estate, in 2007 I decided to open my own brokerage, Debra Parker Real Estate, with my long time partner and daughter Alicia Chapman. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of luxury and waterfront property on the Treasure Coast focusing on Martin County. I truly love the Stuart, FL area; especially North River Shores where I am not only an area expert, but a resident as well. I pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, waterfront information, and other real estate related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. I am a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family including my 3 golden-doodles (Blondy, Mojo & Titan), boating, and fishing on the beautiful waterways here on the Treasure Coast.
